When the user upgrades their Stack + X-Pack, they will run into the issue of logstash_system user being disabled by default. It would be nice to show this in the Cluster Alerts.

Back when this came out, we were removing default passwords and requiring that users initialize the users if they hadn't. We can safely close this one out.
