Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: Spy panel's display is split on data table. The first row gets displayed then you have spy panel's drop down and then the rest of the rows are getting displayed. Also column names are getting repeated twice. Not a regression - this is broken in 5.4.2 too

I think it's less about it being doubled and it's more about not having a clear distinction between the Spy panel and the original data table. This can be noticed on a larger screen.
Adding a Design label to this as well, because that's what we need, a clearer difference between the "Spy Panel" panel and the normal visualization.
