Kibana: Remove spaces from commented out config settings

Yaml is indent sensitive, and sometimes users don't know this and uncomment one of the config options but don't remove the leading space which will cause KB to not start.

We should just remove any leading spaces to make this a non-issue, it'd also align with Elasticsearch - https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/20090

eg # server.port: 5601 becomes #server.port: 5601.
