Jetpack: Investigation: Random disconnect/disabling of features

I had one ticket that suggested this yesterday, but heard two separate reports on Twitter today, so wanted to open a ticket for investigation.

Symptom: Randomly, without action, parts of Jetpack will be disabled (widgets, modules) or all of Jetpack will be disconnected.

It may be the same as never-resolved #1561, where flushing memcache caused an issue where, IIRC, the cache then contained empty connection information or something related to the alloptions fragile nature highlighted in https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31245.

For this issue, we'd need to find a site that we can reliably have drop features/modules/connection, then can start theories from there.
