Tried the testflight with version 2.25.6 (9). That worked for me with an iPad and iOS 12.4.5.

Is available in Apple Store the new version 2.25.7

Unfortunately with 2.25.7 same problem...

I had the same problem with 2.25.7 and iPad OS 13.3 but deleting the app and reinstalling fixed it for me.

Uninstalling and re-installing the most recent update (2.25.7) fixed it for me as well on iPad iOS 12.4.1

Same here: uninstalling, reinstall - apps starts and works.
Thanks.

Hi,

I have the same problem. An uninstall + reinstall to work. But I have a 401 error on the webdav URL on opening.

Moreover, when accessing the nextcloud folder from the "file" application, it takes a lot of time and in the server logs there are a lot of failed connection attempts (several per seconds!).
Then the nextcloud server stops the possibility to connect (bruteforce protection).

The problem is present for me and other comrades.

  • My server instance: 16.0.5
  • My friend with the same problem: 18.x.x

Edit:

And obviously, nextcloud on iPad isn't syncing up anymore.

Kevin that doesn’t sound like a problem by the iOS app?

"Kevin" is my login name.

I think it is, the opening error is similar to this one: https://github.com/nextcloud/ios/issues/1153#issuecomment-584958411

And the connection IP matches that of the iPad. Problems have been occurring since the last update.

Ah okay, my bad. Apologies.

And I used 'kevin' because in my email notification your username didn’t show but just the full name :P

delete and install afterwards works but is not very comfortable for customers...

Sure, this is not a solution but probably something broke when you have make the last update.
