Image-sequencer: Readme.md and CONTRIBUTING.md is incomplete for new contributors

All the steps about cloning the repository, setting an upstream, running on local server, making PR is not clearly mentioned.

What did you expect to see that you didn't?
Clear steps should be mentioned for first timers to contribute easily.
