Identityserver4: Full framework support

Would it be possible to have full framework support instead of _only_ netstandard1.5. Maybe net451 or net46?

netstandard1.5 is compatible with the full framework, specifically with the 4.6.2.

You can use the IdentityServer3 with asp.net core on the full framework, Or @brockallen, do you want to support anything else beside netstandard, in v4?

I would also like support for net451. .NET 4.6.2 still appears to be in preview.
