Id: Notes: Ignore notes or mark them as "#checklocally"
An idea for the new notes feature
Many notes cannot be fixed from home, but I have no way to filter them in the editor or mark them after I read and checked them. This make its very tedious, since I often re-read the same note again and again and have to remember to "cannot fix now, need to check locally".
The idea is, to add additional info to the notes so I can "tag" them and the filter them based on those tags.
A few ideas:
- add buttons on notes that auto-comment with tags like "#checklocally", then allow filter based on those tags in the UI
- add a local storage ignore-list for notes, so I can discard the during my mapping session; this would only be temporary and for my session; but at least I can work though an area more easily

It currently looks like this, but I'm not set on the categories.
We picked common categories from existing notes, but most of them are created by apps like maps.me, onosm, etc. It doesn't make sense for a user _in the editor_ to open notes like these - like "wrong location" or "update or add detils" asking another user to fix a thing that they could just fix themselves.
But "needs ground truth" would be a good one.
