Hello, I just push my first hugo theme: https://github.com/laozhu/hugo-nuo
It is a responsive light & clean theme for blogger, I use it for my blog now.

thank you very much for sharing this theme with the Hugo community :+1:
Your theme builds fine and I haven't encountered any issues so far, so we can merged it immediately.

It's a good idea to include content of a CJK-language to showcase that your theme has good support for such characters. However, for people who are unfamiliar with the Chinese language it can be a bit hard to navigate your theme :wink:

While being totally optional it might be good to translate parts like the menu to English and/or to make use of Hugo i18n-capabilities. But this are just my 2 cents.
