Handbrake: No Video Just audio is encoded

I am trying to encode a game footage 1080p 60fps
and it doesnt use cpu much full load on disk avg fps is 0 and in short time i get blank video and my correct audio streams

Windows 10 1909 Fresh install 16gb ram 4720HQ 965M Nvidia 442.5 intel latest driver too from dec 2019

Settings (extension was a json file so i wrote txt to upload it)

Disable QSV/Quick Sync decode in the preferences.

Yes that has solved it. Thanks.
I was using it before too maybe the huge bitrate and qsv didnt match but it is weird that it gave no error and these hardware decoders need to be better already
