While VVC is interesting, I'm not aware of a non-reference implementation or any streams in the wild. It will likely be years before an open source VVC encoder becomes reasonably mature enough for inclusion in HandBrake, thus we might as well close this.

HandBrake is focused on current video standards with usable open source implementations. Thanks for your interest.
