Handbrake: WinGUI: Reorder subtitles checkboxes to follow the HB standard

Can somebody improve the checkboxes on the Subtitles tab? On the subtitles tab there seamed to be the rule:
_description THAN Checkbox_

while on the video tab its the opposite:
_Checkbox THAN description_

its not a bug, but to be consistence I think the _Checkbox THAN description_ HB standard would be also great on the Subtitle tab (if possible) as it looks like that's the standard in most software.

Indeed, would be good to have the controls left of the labels, and some spacing to separate each pair. Thanks for the spot.
