Guake: The program interface is in English only

Steps to reproduce: Install from pacman and run. Interface only on English, although the MO-files (ru) are installed.

What does is the output if you run locale? Do you have this problem with other applications too?

I still have issue with the translation system, basically I just have some labels translated the rest is not. I would be happy to see someone working on it
