Group-income-simple: Only show invite links to the user that created them

Problem

When an invite link is created from a proposal, only the person that created the proposal can see the invite link. This is true for the proposals widget on the dashboard (it is already working as expected there) and for the Invite links section on the Group Settings.

Solution

Only show invite links, in the group settings page, to the user that created the original proposal to add a member. The "Anyone" link should be visible to everyone.
