Hello @carloscuesta :sunglasses:!
I don't agree, because this emoji is also associated to Chain of Responsibility design pattern.
I think 馃洠(road) is more intuitive.
Really like this idea and find it useful 馃憤 What do you think about it @carloscuesta, @vhoyer?
@shimatai I don't agree with you since it's a common icon/emoji for the use of an 'url/link/path'. Good example is the Add a link GitHub's button that use this icon 馃憤
this is only usefull for web projects, right?
Mmmh it will be useful for each projects that use an url like a Website, an Api (js, php, .net, java, rails), a native-game using some requests, ...
So approximatively each language, platform, technos can use this gitmoji 馃殌
Basic example would be the creation or the update of an API route 馃憤
So this can be either be seem as a specialization of :sparkles: or :alien: depending on the project? Is this a new condition on gitmoji, right? I can't think of any other one that has this characteristic
Mmmh 馃懡 is Updating code due to external API changes. where 馃敆 isn't about something 'external'. I think it's a specialisation of 鈾伙笍 for all this case:
Why don't we add this use case to the :truck: emoji? It's quite related, isn't it?
Like:
:truck:
Moving or renaming resources (files, paths, routes).
@vhoyer Yes I really love this idea to adapt this gitmoji to more cases than just files 馃殌
Looks good @vhoyer
I agree, this should probably be related to routes in general including screens for non-web apps.
