The description for 🔨 is "refactoring code."

I usually use 🛁 for things like fixing syntax and alphabetizing entries. I wouldn't use the word "refactoring" for that, but I'm not sure it's the wrong word.

One alternative to adding 🛁 would be to change 🔨's description to something like "refactoring or cleaning up code."
