Gitmoji: Use πŸ€• for commits related to polyfills, shims, fallbacks, etc.

Hello @carloscuesta :sunglasses:!

πŸ€• could be used for commits related to adding polyfills, shims, fallbacks, etc. (although I'd _prefer_ a band-aid emoji)

  • Emoji: πŸ€•
  • Code: :face_with_head_bandage:
  • Description: Adding support for other platforms through polyfills, shims, fallbacks, etc.

Also, how specific do you plan for gitmoji to be? For example, I often use πŸͺ for commits related to cookies (i.e. Document.cookie), but I figured that may be too specific due to really only being oriented toward web development (and could arguably be something like ✨ anyway).

Thanks for the awesome standardization and site!

This one cannot even be rendered on my system for some reason (Mac OS X 10.8.5 / Firefox 48.0.2). All other suggested emojis so far could be rendered.

Hey @blakek

Thanks for sending your suggestion!

I really like the idea of having a gitmoji for indicating the use of libs, polyfills, ponyfills, shims and fallbacks. In my opinion the emoji proposed it's not really descriptive. Let's find out If we can use another one like. πŸ¦„ And see other suggestions for that!

The cookie it's probably too specific for the cheatsheet, but can be considered πŸ˜„

Do you see these ones @trych?

πŸΎπŸΉπŸ›πŸ•Ž

They come from Unicode 8.0. Maybe Apple hasn't updated their products to this version yet.

No, I don't see those. I _do_ see them in Chrome and Safari, but they don't show on FF. Maybe it is better to be safe and stay with non-Unicode 8.0-emojis only. I am sure, I am not the only person with this issue.

β˜”οΈ could maybe replace this one? As platforms would now be "protected", and so supported.

This emoji in particular it's from the V8.0 release. Thanks @trych good to know this πŸ‘

In this link we can find all the emoji releases: http://www.unicode.org/emoji/charts/emoji-versions.html

Thanks for the chart. Just gave it a test, I can display all emojis up to and including version 6.1.
That means I _can not_ display any emojis from 7.0 and above. So to stay compatible, it would be good to stay below 7.0, I guess.

@trych Try updating the the newest Firefox, I think they have implemented a preinstalled emoji fonts for Firefox very recently
