Enterprise: Lookup: Unable to remove previously selected value in a single select lookup dialog

Describe the bug
When using a single select lookup it is not possible to remove/clear value by opening the dialog.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Go to http://master-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/lookup/example-index.html'
2. Click on 'icon to open the lookup'
3. Select one 'value'
   
4. Click on the icon to open the lookup again and try deselecting and clearing the value. You cant as there is no way to clear it.
   

Expected behavior
User should be allowed to clear previously selected value

Hi Tim, any updates on this? When it will be get fixed?

I can put it in the same (4.29) sprint as https://github.com/infor-design/enterprise/issues/740 how do we suggest to fix this? Some ideas.

1) Change single select to also have a apply and cancel button
2) Add the x feature to clear it that way https://github.com/infor-design/enterprise/issues/740
3) Do both?
