Add ^server-info command that will show short description about the community.

I was thinking, that it would give server stats, etc.(like EddieBot UI), but perhaps we could integrate that into the ^stats command?

Just kidding 😁. The difference is, you can chat that command everywhere in the text channel, just adding that command to take that description from any text-channel. Yesh I just think now this is small idea🤣

Yes, just a little bit of info.
