Devilution: Testing Diablo Spawn on W10

This may be not directly related to the Devilution, but has anyone tested D1 Spawn/shareware on current w10 (x64) Pro?

I tried the DirectDraw patch from StrangeBytes in the first place, but it didn't work here. The game tried switching resolutions and instantly returned to the desktop with a message box telling something about DDraw.

Any suggestions?

Well I plan to add a Spawn option to the Devilution build so once that and DevilutionX are done you should be all set ^_^

Did you update it to 1.09?

Yes, that was the first thing to do after an installation. Then after trying several DDraw tools/patches/hacks I reverted to the vanilla version of the Spawn. Sill no success.

Well I plan to add a Spawn option to the Devilution build so once that and DevilutionX are done you should be all set ^_^
