Desktop: [Windows] Unable to uninstall extension/theme

When attempting to remove a theme (red uninstall button) the extensions fails to be deleted.

"Error installing locally: error-downloading (link to theme)"

Using Standard Notes app on Windows 10.

Hi, I tried reproducing this on my end and it looks like the site is down. The link that was included in the Awesome Standard Notes repo didn't work either and putting it in my browser resulting in freezing it and returned a 404 error on another.

@CapitolRadio Are you using version 3.4.1?
If so, I encountered the same issue. Once I mirrored my repo from GitLab to GitHub and used a GitHub download_url, though, I no longer needed to click Uninstall twice, for the uninstall to succeed.
Version 3.4.1 seems to be more picky than previous versions.

Version 3.4.1 was released recently, so the highest version that they could have been using was v.3.3.5.
