Dash-to-panel: How to get transparency on the dash?

My dah is using a solid color after active this extension and I like some transparency on the dash, is it possible to set the transparency using this extension?

Now I understand, all my windows are behind the dash, that is causing the coloration.

So, why my windows are behind the dash and is there a way to fix it?

Windows shouldn't be behind the dash, unless you've got intellihide on. Can you post a screenshot? Thanks!

There's no panel color or transparency settings built in currently. This is set by your theme. If you want to alter it, I recommend Dynamic Panel Transparency.
