Feature description

I think a symptom checker would be nice were you can answer questions so you can get the chance of COVID-19 infection. (The App could also storage the answers and use them for a better overview for the user and the app).

Problem and motivation

It's a bit hard to know if it's COVID or the flue or... so this could help to get to know what it might be.

A symptom checker has been implemented on https://github.com/d4l-data4life/covapp and there is a live website.

I've already used that website and found it to be really helpful - but as it see it, only a few people even know that it exists. I therefore strongly support the request of this issue to implement something similar (or even the exact same app) into CWA. For a first it could already be helpful to add a link forwarding to CovApp to CWA (e.g. in the section below FAQ)
