Ich kann leider nicht sehen welchen Fehler Sie meinen.
Wenn Sie ENErrorDomain Error 11 meinen, dieser wurde mit iOS 13.6 behoben (siehe #759)

Edit: Wenn ich das richtig sehe sind ENErrorDomain Error 11 und Fehler 11 das gleiche.
Mit einem Update auf iOS 13.6 sollte der Fehler gelöst sein.
