Cwa-app-ios: Local stored trace data should be available in backups

After configuring my new iPhone by transferring data from the old one, the data of the Corona-Warn App from past 14 days has not been transferred.
I will not be warned in the next 14 days if there was a risky contact until I configured the new iPhone.
It would be better to include these data in backups and to transfer these to an iPhone being configured with that.
