Hi Alex,

Since some releases again, I realized that my shortcuts were moving (this also happened in the past, 6 months ago maybe), again I thought it was because my update process (Only replaces the "new files" between releases). Today with the last beta after install FTP plugin, I get the same "behavior" the next command until yesterday was responding to Ctrl+= but today is assigned to another command.

I will restart to see what happens.

Update:
After restart the all back to normalcy.

Steps:

  1. Open CudaText.
  2. Install FTP plugin.
  3. After installation plugin select open Readme / History option. (I don't know is this part is significant.)
  4. Don't restart, check for shortcut assignment, the shortcut is "moved".
  5. Restart CudaText, all is OK again.

Seems it is only when hotkey is set for PLUGIN command but not a normal built in command?

Yes, always occurs with plugins commands.

fix was big, test the beta.

I fixed it for main-keymap (for all lexers) and for per-lexer-keymaps (used when hotkeys are per-lexer).

@OlehL reported this (this?) in 2020 summer. https://github.com/Alexey-T/CudaText/issues/2843
