Cudatext: Find dialog. Options to hide all the buttons

Please, add parameters like find_show_findfirst to get control of the rest buttons. For example, Find/Find next are almost useless for me, because I always use hotkeys instead.

What about old parameters like 'find_show_extract'? Have we to remove it from everywhere or CT just ignores it in new versions?

CT ignores all unsupported options. this too.
