Cuckoo: Signatures do not work properly.

My issue is: Signatures do not work properly

My Cuckoo version and operating system are: 2.0.7; Ubuntu 18.04.3

I created the signature described in https://cuckoo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/customization/signatures/ in chapter Getting started.
I am analyzing a program that creates *.exe file, but not getting the right value score.
I am sure that the signature is loading, because I see it in the terminal window.
why does the cuckoo not respond to this event?

I use this signature.
My program creates exe file, but I don’t see the cuckoo notice this.
Аlso I used this signature.

My program created a mutex with the same name, but the cuckoo didn’t react to this.

In chapter "score" I expect to see the value indicated in the field "severity" in signature.
