which version are you running right now? I can't reproduce this on my own setup (granted, it is still running 0.5.x)
We have an instance on Heroku that runs the latest master. Please try to reproduce there:

It would be interesting which Browser, OS and HackMD version you use.

I also tested Chromium and Firefox on Linux (Debian 9 / Stretch, browsers from default packages), they look fine as well.

Apologies for not providing the required information, I've reproduced this issue on the hackmd.io instance, but not on the local docker-hackmd instance (seems to be hackmdio/hackmd:0.5.1 ). The browser and OS are Mozilla Firefox 57.0.4 and KDE neon 5.11.
As the master revision seems all right now the issue should be closed.
Also here's the original reproduced document: https://hackmd.io/KwdgRgxgHAhgTARgLQE4BsAzMSAsYCmGSMCAJisQvgMzX5iJxoRA
@jackycute may have a look at this. Not sure why this should happen.
@SISheogorath I just try using above reproduce source on hackmd.io with Chrome 63 and Firefox 57 both Windows 8.1/Mac OSX 10.11.6, looks still good to me.

Still quite confusing to me though :-/
Nevertheless thanks for the support!
@Lin-Buo-Ren
That maybe means you or any extension/plugin set something for the list item styles.
Or just Firefox's bug...
I couldn't tell, but seems not our code's issue.
