Codimd: Automatic exporting to Google Drive

It would be handy if there were an option to automatically export the document to an external service after a change (and time?), like with StackEdit, so there is no requirement to perform (or opportunity to forget) a manual export.

I think any supported cloud service (e.g. Dropbox) should also be eligible for this. It does beg the question about bidirectional sync. So, if that will not be supported, the automatic exporting should be clear on the pros and cons of exporting only.

Auto exporting or syncing will require a separate worker queuing for all connected service.
It's not that easy to be done.

PR welcome 😄

Since we remove the Google Drive integration, this dies as well…
