Shaving (Activating a shaving kit) is not interrupted by {Monster approaching, heard a noise, you were hurt, monster spotted...}.
(Last time I shaved, I almost died.)

spawn a zombie near you;
activate the shaving kit.
I mean....just don't shave when zombies are near by? All it does is give a mood bonus, nothing else. Ik this is not how it went but I could just imagine you in a room, and there are like 3 mi-gos hunting you down on the other side of the door. They break down the door and find you trying to shave for some odd reason.
I'd reckon it is still an issue. Nearly all time-consuming actions can be interrupted when danger/potential danger is detected nearby and so should be with shaving/trimming/whatever.
In principle all actions that take longer than 100 moves should be long actions to prevent this.
