Canvasblocker: New icons

As suggested by @JGH1000 in #112 a nicer addon icon would be good.

The icon should be 64x64 in size and a PNG.

I quite like the first suggestions from @Thorin-Oakenpants - I would stick with the black/gray-red colour scheme. The idea with the footprint has a nice twist maybe you can go further from that.

PS: while we are on it we should also do nice icons for the new page action (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/user_interface/Page_actions) that will replace the notification in the WebExtension - neede sizes: 19x19 and 38x38). Not sure if it should be the same or something different that indicates that something was faked.

For the icon I have no deadline - I can change this whenever I want to.

I currently do not have a toobar button. Not sure what functionality I should put behind it. But if you work with svg we can just use that there. The smallest display used is 16x16. So it would be perfect if the icon would look good in 16x16, 32x32 and 64x64.

For the page action: the icon is only displayed when something was faked. So there we do not need a difference. If wee just use the normal icon (maybe without the X) this should be good - I think.

EDIT: I forgot the deadline for the page action. I'm currently stalled by Mozilla due to this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1332273
As long as this is not fixed the WebExtension version will not come out.

EDIT 2: I just realized that I can use a svg for the icon as well - it will be displayed in 48x48 or 96x96. The png restiction is for AMO

I played a little bit with Inkscape and uploaded some svgs. I think the gradient one looks quite good also when displayed in small:

EDIT: for the page action this fingerprint svg is not working - so I had to create my own one... not so great but recognizable.

Great icon @kkapsner, the only small tweak I would do is to make the black border a bit thinner (would make the icon a bit cleaner). Otherwise looks really good!

Pease open a new issue when you have done your tests and think it's tied to CB.
I do not have any problems with this page and do not get any errors.

If you get better insights of the larger picture and think CB is part of the problem - just open an issue with a reproduction scenario.
