I am just wondering if u could help to create this idea :
at the second 15 (or what ever xx) ( for every minute) and if last tick is blue do call or do put ?

Could you please help about that?

I'm from Brazil, I do not completely understand what you meant, but I understood that if you tick up, (you will want to call or put) I did it, however only n get to put and call every 1 minute

If blue =1 and the real time clock = 30 second .
