He says its not simply just down to the bot but how, when and for how much time you need to run the bot for safe and profitable trades.

Do you think its genuine? or what the rules are on running at a certain time and how?

I'm sure all digits bots are unprofitable and you should stay away from them. This bot is sure to get a second loss in a row, or even a third one, it's just a matter of time when it's going to happen.
