@deweter sorry for the confusion. This was a documentation error in the release notes.

There is now a fix available in the latest insiders build at https://github.com/Microsoft/sqlopsstudio/releases/tag/0.32.1.

The fix is only to retain the scroll position of the text editor when switching tabs. We'll make a seperate update to solve the issue for the result grid that we're tracking in https://github.com/Microsoft/sqlopsstudio/issues/1744.
