Azure-kinect-sensor-sdk: Support x86 version of SDK

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The SDK binaries are currently only published as 64-bit dlls. To enable 32 bit applications to use the SDK they need access to 32 bit versions of the binaries.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include 32 bit versions of the dlls in the published SDK. Also run tests on the 32 bit versions of the dlls.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
We have feedback from at least one customer who needs this to enable their scenario.
