Atlantis: Create kustomize deployment
An implementation plan exists for kustomize to be integrated with kubectl apply.
It would be great to add a kustomize deployment for users.

@julianvmodesto if you're using kustomize already then I'd love a PR from you. There's already deployment and statefulset templates in our docs you can use.
