Atlantis: [Feature request] Suppress "refreshing state" messages

When I run a plan, most of the output is meaningless Refreshing state... messages foreach resource. Would be nice if there was an option to suppress these to clean up the atlantis output.

Ideally you'd then display those message if there is an error during the plan as they then may become helpful.

I believe the fix has been merged a few weeks ago, but I don't know when we will see the next release.
