Appium-desktop: Unable to Open Appium desktop after i updated my MacOS to Catalina 10.15.1
I have an issue after updated my macOS :
1- I tried to update my Appium by Terminal to[email protected]
2- I reinstall the desktop application with v1.15.1
3- after i click the Appium Desktop app I got an error message:
“Appium” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

It's a known limitation for apps got from outside App Store.
So far, you can open it via context menu from Finder. https://github.com/appium/appium-desktop/issues/1142
