Aarogyasetu_android: CI Integration Request

I am looking to contributing to this app. I am seeing many PRs and Issues. There are bunch of tests too. Do you think a CI pipeline can help move PRs fast ? Do you want to setup Github actions or Circile CI for this project? Please let me know. I'll be glad to help.
