Zeal: Resume docset download if disconnected
I wish it could resume download docs, it could really help when having unstable and also low speed internet connection like me. when lost connection, press 'retry' seem download again the docs from the start.

I'd like to up and second this. This is especially a problem with big docsets like HTML+CSS+Javascript. I'm on metered and unstable connection. My downloading of docsets mentioned above was almost complete when connection has dropped. It's _very_ frustrating to find out you've just wasted much of your traffic plan for nothing.
The goal of this project is to provide _offline_ access to docs. And users need offline access for a reason.

This feature would really help. I don't always get online because of limited resources so a tool like this is always a big help in my development work flow. Been trying to download the Android docset for the better part of a day, several times during the last week, but I always get disconnected. It would be awesome to just press RETRY and continue with the interrupted download. Thanks for the great tool!
