Zeal: A repository for self-hosted docsets

There are docsets that are hosted by third parties and are not included in the Dash user-contributed repository. It would be nice to provide a list of such docsets with in Zeal.

The list of docsets, previously present here, has been moved to the wiki.

This is the one thing I am missing from Zeal is custom bundles based on installed Hex Packages or Rubygems
