Www.julialang.org: Add release timeline
I did not realize Julia versions were on a timed release (re-watching the State of Julia talks from JuliaCon 2020). Can we add the details on this release schedule?

The blog post is still accurate. We could migrate/copy it to an official document instead of a blog post.
