Www.julialang.org: julia-1.5.2-win64.exe republished?

It looks like julia-1.5.2-win64.exe was recently (sometime in the last ~7 hours) reuploaded with a different checksum -- was this intentional?
I can't find a reference to it anywhere -- apologies if it's already mentioned somewhere and I've missed it!

My understanding is that a new binary with signing fixed has been uploaded: https://discourse.julialang.org/t/julia-v1-5-2-has-been-released/47181/11
