Wp-calypso: Removed Personal Plan, was replaced by Premium (4)

Personal plan was removed, but was replaced by Premium and price increased to $96

Additional note. Upon trying to remove the professional plan I could not, but I could remove the .blog domain registration.

@sirbrillig @nbloomf. This still seems to be an issue with our cart. The old checkout exits out of checkout if you remove a plan and also have a domain, with the domain credit, in our cart.

I think the issue is caused by what @nbloomf documented here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/projects/89#card-33707160

I think the solution (at least for the short term) is what Nathan describes in this card: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/projects/89#card-31950150

Action: When you remove a plan, remove everything and leave cart. Domain has a dependency on the plan.

@sirbrillig thank you! That sounds about right with one more condition. The site needs to be on a free plan. If you are on personal for example and you upgrade to premium, plus you have a domain in your cart, then we shouldn't clear everything — you should still be able to buy the domain.
