Wp-calypso: FSE: Hide widgets and menus in wp-admin

If customizer will keep hidden though, I noticed that it鈥檚 also hidden from WP Admin, but Widgets and Menus aren鈥檛. Wouldn鈥檛 it make sense to hide these sections too?

Let's hide the Widgets but keep Menus to allow Navigation block customization.
We should also hide the Widgets section in the customizer.

If we hide the Customizer and Menus links how can users customize the menu on v1 as @gwwar mentioned here: p58i-7YJ-p2

Would they just need to know to visit wordpress.com/customize or WP admin menus manually?

Let's hide the Widgets but keep Menus to allow Navigation block customization.
We should also hide the Widgets section in the customizer.
