Wp-calypso: Customizer: Add Existing Simple Payment Button as Widget

Make existing Simple Payment buttons available to users as Widgets on the customizer.

Steps:

Open the Theme Customizer
Click on _Widgets_
Click on _Add a Widget_
On the widget panel search for Simple Payments

The customizer UI should show a module to select an existing Simple Payment Button from a drop down list. The list should sort the Payment Buttons on the same order than the Editor UI, and should default to the first element as the selected Payment Button.
The customizer preview should show the default payment button on the site's sidebar, and should reflect any changes if the selected Payment Button change.
