We recently received a feature request to add Meta Robot Index and Meta Robot Follow support on the Bulk Editor tool. So, a user can quickly change the meta robot index and meta robot follows of their posts and pages without having to go into the editor for each page.

User suggests a taxonomy as a possible method to bulk edit index and noindex. Accordingly, "...it [is] very incremental [to go to each individual post/page to mark it as noindex/index] vs being able to use the quick add feature in pages and posts to bulk add or delete pages to a taxonomy that is excluded or not."

At this moment in time, this would take too much time. Because of that we will not put this issue in the queue at this time.

This idea should be considered now that you have removed the exclusion form from the UI. This feature would be a great time saver for very huge and complex websites.
What methods did you implemented to poll/probe the active installs to know if it's barely being used?
This would be really convenient. Especially after the most recent updates!

We have also received a feature request for a filter that will let users specify a list of posts that will be removed from the sitemap and noindex'd. This would also make it easier to noindex posts in bulk.

Would really appreciate this feature being implemented, I import large product feeds into Woocommerce and need to quickly index/noindex products to prevent duplicate content issues.
We're not going to extend the bulk editor at this time, so I'm closing this issue.
