Wordpress-ios: Some tracks events have user_id=0

@koke posted about some tracks events with user_id=0 and noted:

The total count is relatively small (~20K in March), and most of it seems related to extensions, but it seems worth looking into, in case it’s hiding some other issues.

Let's investigate these events and make sure there aren't any problems related to the user_id=0 events.

Can you let me know what else needs to be done to close out this issue or can we close it now?

We can check how the total count progresses after WPiOS 16.1 release and close this accordingly. Maybe @koke can you help with that?

I'm still seeing some events coming with user_id=0 from 16.1, but it's a bit early to tell if the number has gone down. Maybe we can check again in a week

The numbers have clearly gone down, but we are still getting some cases
