Wordpress-ios: [Stats Refresh] Stats details: toggling expandable rows updates all chevrons
On any stat details view, expanding/collapsing a row causes _all_ the chevrons on expandable rows to update.

@SylvesterWilmott - regarding the issue you noted:
When going from a detail view back to DWMY view, expand chevrons rotate slightly for no reason
I believe it's the same issue as this one. I'll just add this note here to be sure both are addressed.

The chevrons were fixed on all views except details. (It looked fixed because the table just wasn't updating.)
